About Michelle Gantner
I learned how to train people by solving real business problems, not by following a textbook.
For more than 25 years, I worked in corporate banking, client enablement, enterprise learning, and digital adoption. I helped build Citi’s North American client training function from the ground up, teaching complex treasury and banking platforms to corporate clients across the U.S. and internationally. I also created hundreds of client-facing guides, training materials, and support resources that helped clients, service teams, and help desks use complex systems more confidently and efficiently.
My strength has always been taking complicated technology and making it usable for real people doing real work. That is exactly what AI Fluency requires. I do not teach AI as a technical concept for engineers. I teach it as a practical business skill for professionals who need to work smarter, think more clearly, protect sensitive information, and use tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Claude responsibly.
My Approach
My approach to AI training is practical, hands-on, and built around the way people actually work.
AI is quickly becoming part of everyday business, but many teams are still unsure how to use it well. They may know tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Claude can save time, but they often need help understanding how to ask better questions, protect confidential information, review AI-generated responses, and apply AI to real workplace tasks.
Recognizing this need, my training focuses on building practical AI fluency. I help teams understand what AI can do, where it can go wrong, and how to use it responsibly in their day-to-day work.
Participants learn how to use AI as a thinking partner for drafting, planning, summarizing, problem-solving, research, and communication. The goal is to help them build confidence, judgment, and repeatable skills so AI becomes a useful workplace tool, not a magic button.
Participants learn how to:
Use AI safely and responsibly
Write stronger prompts
Review AI outputs for accuracy and risk
Summarize and simplify complex information
Improve documentation and client communication
Use AI as a thinking partner for planning and problem-solving
Build reusable prompt templates and simple workflows for everyday work
